Unique Martini’s That You Won't Find Anywhere Else

Our signature cocktail is the perfect way to start your evening. Our pepper dulse and Lunun Gin are the perfect pairings. The dulse provides a refreshing, slightly sweet flavour that is balanced by the gin's juniper notes.

We start with Lunun Gin, which is distilled with five botanicals including Kaffir lime leaf, Sichaun pepper, kombu seaweed, ginger & lemongrass. We then infuse dulse seaweed with pepper to create a unique mixer.

The result is a refreshing martini with a subtle hint of spice.

The result is a delicious, complex cocktail that is sure to please. We hope you enjoy our signature cocktail as much as we do.
