Take the iconic Dulse Martini, for example. This is made using Lunun Gin infused with our namesake seaweed, then finished with caviar. A classic serve, but make it Dulse.

Many of our cocktails are further improved with the use of a Blackthorn Sea Salt saline solution. Not to be underestimated, it is one of the most transformative ingredients for a beverage. Think of this as a seasoning for your drink.
