Sea-food to die for! Why are you waiting? - Andy W
Wow! What an experience! Fantastic warm welcome from sophisticated staff Team. Menu explained. I started with six chilled, sea-fresh oysters. Followed by a crumpet with the most delicious lobster on. This was followed by a carpaccio of thinly-sliced blue-fine tuna. The best sea-food I’ve ever had, in the most fantastic surroundings

Having had a wonderful experience in August, we decided to come back to Dulse for our wedding anniversary. This time was just as good if not better. Firstly, the Manager recognised us, and a nice touch was a surprise was Prosecco aperitif. Really enjoyable to have unusual combinations like white fish and tarragon. Everything was so delicate and flavoursome.
We had hugely attentive service throughout. Thank you all SO MUCH for making our anniversary so special.
Seafood - imaginative and delicious preparations, casual atmosphere near Charlotte Square - Gosaka
We had dinner at Dulse twice - it turned out to be our favorite restaurant experience in Edinburgh and Skye over a two week period. The atmosphere is casual - with a bar downstairs and dining room upstairs. It’s in the middle of an urban environment not far from Charlotte’s Square. The menu features seafood - all very well prepared. We particularly enjoyed the lobster (not one of our normal choices), mussels, and the oysters. Service was young, efficient, and very helpful and service oriented.

Had a fabulous tasting menu. This was a gift for my birthday. Thoroughly enjoyed everything. The paired wines were fantastic and matched each course perfectly. The moules marinere and rice pudding were the stars of the show - Cathy Cooney
